Who runs this website

This website (oznake.com.hr) is a personal portfolio project run by Žarko Novak, Mandaličina 12, Zagreb, Croatia. E-mail: znovak@stancaona.com. He is the controller of any personal data described on this page.

The products shown in the portfolio are designed and manufactured by @stancaona (Štancaona). Concept, photography and copywriting: @zarko.novak.

What data we collect

We do not ask you to register or fill in forms. The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself, for example when you click an e-mail link (Contact or Enquire) and write to us: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and time of the visit, and the page requested). These are needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Why we use it and on what basis

Your e-mail data is used only to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, which is a step taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and we do not use tools such as Google Analytics. For that reason there is no cookie banner. If this changes, this page will be updated first.

How long we keep data

E-mail correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, and is then deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own retention policy.

Who receives data

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent. Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Plus Hosting Grupa) and by our e-mail service provider, only as needed to run the website and e-mail.

Some pages link to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Once you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to znovak@stancaona.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), www.azop.hr.
